Luke Whiffen

Luke is a founding director of Hilton Bradley and has more than 20 years' experience as an insolvency and commercial litigation practitioner. Luke acts for a number of company liquidators and bankruptcy trustees. He regularly advises creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators on all aspects of litigious corporate and personal insolvency.

Luke specialises in recovering property or compensation for the benefit of creditors of insolvent companies. He conducts commercial litigation in all jurisdictions, particularly in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
