Luke Whiffen heads up Hilton Bradley Lawyer’s Class Actions department. His team specialises in working for those how have suffered from mass wrongs. Their goal is to protect his clients’ rights and fight for fair compensation.

Luke, formerly a Practice Leader in Class Actions with a listed law firm, has a wide-ranging understanding of the class actions legal space. He is an expert litigator having run numerous high value case against well-resourced defendants.

He regularly advises creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators on all aspects of litigious corporate and personal insolvency. Luke specialises in recovering property or compensation for the benefit of creditors of insolvent companies.

He conducts commercial litigation in all jurisdictions, particularly in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
